About Dorothy

Dorothy Mayer discovered her love of Pilates during the summer of 2019 and immediately knew she wanted to become a certified Pilates instructor. She is a graduate of the University of Utah’s Actor Training Program this May and enjoys movement of all kinds! Dorothy completed her 500 hour certification in February of 2022 and has been teaching group classes and private training ever since. Dorothy loves meeting new people and pays close attention to detail when teaching, providing precise correction to clients. When she’s not at the studio she can be found hiking with her husband and daughter, cooking delicious meals from scratch, and gardening at the community garden.
