My favorite Pilates studio in town! Ellie and Elaine are fantastic instructors. They’re very knowledgeable and have created a special space free of judgement. I mostly take classes with Ellie these days. She is a very kind person with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this studio!
I have loved every class I have taken with Elaine. Wellspring Pilates makes it easy to adjust the exercises and tailor each workout to my needs and limitations. I’ve been impressed at how much stronger I feel.
