…I have had. Even when battling soreness and pains, there are modifications I can do that still give me a good workout, but don’t cause me injury or more pain. Elana is a master at her craft and an even better human being. If you want a good workout, guardian sweat, and fun, I highly recommend coming here.

I am an older (krumuchey...aka grummpy) dude with more of a weight lifting background, but I have found the importance of working on my complete core and flexibility important.
