Elisa is from Puerto Rico. She has been a physical therapist for over 30 years, and has a passion for neurorehabilitation of both adults and children. Elisa was certified as a Pilates instructor in Oct of 2020. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of Pilates because of the mind body connection that helps to build strength, balance and functional mobility.
