Absolutely recommend Union Pilates! Easy parking, always clean, bright, energetic. I have taken classes from both Elise and Ashley, who owns the studio. Love the private sessions to focus more leveling up my practice, and the group classes for regular maintenance. Love that the classes are typically pretty challenging and also rejuvenating if I hit them during my lunch break, mornings or mid-day.
