The owner, Elle, has created something really special. You can TRULY feel how much she cares in every part of it, and it’s what makes the space so different!

Love this studio! It is a small boutique studio so you get a more personal experience. The owner Elle is very kind and personable! Meghan has been teaching post natal classes and it’s been so nice to be able to bring my baby with me! Thank you for having mommy and me classes!!

I was looking for a prenatal Pilates for forever and finally found a perfect spot! Elle was welcoming, attentive and supportive during my first class and made me feel comfortable starting something new while pregnant. The studio is in a great location and always clean. i always love trying new classes while on vacation and will definitely be back!! elle was so welcoming and attentive to everyone, helped everyone with their form, and was so encouraging and positive throughout the class. her music was fun and made the class fly by!! such a great workout in a beautiful, clean space!!!
