About Ellie

As a busy mother and a successful businesswoman, Ellie sought an efficient way to exercise. She found Pilates life changing, noticing incremental changes that made a huge difference in her life. After 4 years of practice, she ultimately decided to take on the new challenge of becoming a Pilates instructor to help others find what she found in the movement and forgo her stressful life for a more mindful and peaceful journey. As an instructor, she always finds new ways to challenge herself and her students so they can become the stronger versions of themselves.
