I’ve been doing prenatal yoga in this studio since 5 months pregnant. Tho I’ve never tried Pilates before, my instructor Emelly made the whole journey very easy and enjoyable for me. She customises the training every class based on my pregnancy stage and body condition, with a good mix of strength and mobility exercises.
