About Emily

Born and raised in New Jersey, Emily began her Pilates journey as a member at the CP Hoboken studio, where she quickly fell in love with the practice. After navigating a lifelong battle with chronic illness, Pilates became a powerful part of her healing. In 2025, she made the decision to leave the corporate world and pursue teaching, with the goal of helping others build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and find their own path to healing through Pilates.
