Emily is obviously very experienced as a pilates instructor and business owner. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of diastases recti and post cesarean rehab which she helped me with in just the first session. She also would be able to help shape, tone and support athletes and i crease flexibility and and strength in those with injuries and the mature population. The space is clean and
