Came for my first class a while back not even knowing what Pilates was and fell in love after one class. The instructors, Heather and Emily are absolutely lovely and so attentive to the needs of each student. Would highly recommend!
I have been coming to this studio for over 6 years now and Heather is amazing. She understands the difficulties that a person can have when they have medical conditions and adapts the exercises appropriately. The studio is clean and fully equipped for matt classes, reformer classes and yoga. The other teachers are also amazing (Emily) who covers some of Heathers classes when she is training, as we
