I highly recommend incorporating pilates into your life and there is no better studio than Freeman Pilates. My husband and I started frequenting the studio 5+ years ago. Emily is awesome. She takes the time to address individual needs. Her instructions are clear. I appreciate how great I feel after a session, but I also find that I'm more mindful of my movements and posture in general for days after a session. I can't recommend this studio enough.
Listen, I don't do pilates. I have tried it, and it is not a match for my body and the style of movement I enjoy. BUT. I would work with Emily Freeman every single day if I could.
