I am blown away by Shapeshift Pilates! Not only is the studio clean but the staff members are terrific! The owners, Erin and Gina, care about every person that walks into the studio and gives them a personally tailored one on one experience that you can’t get any where else. Expect only the best from this studio.

Love Shapshift Pilates, I have been coming here for years and now attend twice a week. If I miss a week I can feel it in my body. Gina and Erin are the best instructors. They cater their private lessons to what each person needs. Group lessons are both challenging and fun. Great for guys who want to stay in shape & flexible.
