Best of the best! Erin believes in the principals of Pilates, including proper form intentional movement. I've been to other non-classical studios and left injured - the opposite of the goal. Erin truly cares about her clients and what she does, and her enthusiasm is contagious! Long live Fire Sign

Erin is an incredible teacher. She’s extremely knowledgeable about Pilates and bodywork overall. She takes time to listen to your needs and explain things, but also makes sure you get a good/effective workout! I’ve also worked with Erin during my two pregnancies and she has been incredibly helpful for my pre-natal and post-natal health. I can’t recommend her enough!
