About Eugene

For 12 years, I have been working as a yoga/Pilates teacher to assist students and clients who have a variety of health issues, and this experience helped me to understand clients’ needs and gain client-oriented service. My motto is there is no destination without a beginning. This notion always reminds me of the importance of understanding the basics of Pilates. By taking a wide variety of classes, I am able to understand and build the foundation for my practice and to improve my exercises and techniques.
