…the first coach I took and I have stuck with her since. Her classes are welcoming, challenging, and supportive. Although my go-to is Emily, Val, Ari, Kasia and Evan offer nothing short of a great experience. Every single coach here is incredibly knowledgeable, smart, and has their own teaching style. 5 stars for WeHa Solidcore :)

…has been there from the start. I take her classes 3x a week, and I look foward to every time I take class with her, her energy is unmatched. Also to coach val, evan, and kasia, you all amaze me, and when I take your classes I feel stronger leaving the room everytime. there is such a great community solidcore has created for me
