Femmie, the owner and instructor, is awesome! I've been doing pilates for a few years before moving to Pasadena and was hoping to find a pilates studio with professional and attentive staff. And: I found it! The studio is very cozy and accommodates up to 4 people. Classes are always very well prepared, and the exercises are always different. It also has easy parking on the street.
I have been training with Femmie (owner/instructor) for over 1.5 years. This is a boutique studio with 4 reformers only. The personalised attention is next to none. Femmie meets you where you are at. No class is ever the same. The community of students are wonderful. I highly recommend UMove Pilates!
I love this place! The owner/instructor, Femmie, makes hard work fun! The space is beautiful too. Best place in the Pasadena area to go for Pilates instruction!
