I absolutely love this studio!! Flo was an amazing instructor, she was so kind and motivational throughout the workout and took time to talk to all of her clients before/after the class. The location is great, it looks unsuspecting from the outside but they make it super easy for you to get in the building and find class on the 3rd floor
