Hi, I’m Francesca! I’m a New Yorker at heart with a deep passion for beautiful spaces and a balanced lifestyle. I’ve dedicated myself to Pilates for over a decade. My love for the practice eventually led me to the front of the studio and I’ve been teaching for a little over two years now. Whether I'm designing a room or guiding a class, I’m all about finding strength and clarity—usually while working toward my favorite exercise, the beloved Teaser! Above all, I’m a family-first person; they are truly the heart of everything I do.
