About Franziska

Fitness and movement have always been part of Franziskas life. After giving birth to her son, her body has just not felt the same and Pilates has helped her to not only feeling like herself again but even stronger than before! Originally from Germany Franziskas career in Public Relations was put on hold after moving to the States with her family. She found the silver lining in Pilates and finally made the move to make her passion a career through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Programme. The only regret Franziska has about Pilates is to not have started earlier!
