If you’re looking for expert and friendly instruction in a small and beautiful space, Gabi J Pilates is for you. The max in the class is 4 ( 2 floor, 2 reformer) which is excellent and Gabi pays attention to form. My friends tell me I’m strong and I say I owe it to Gabi! Love Gabi J Pilates twice per week. Love the small group Pilates classes at Studio Elevate - hard to find anywhere else. The studio feels welcoming and Gabi is a great instructor - her approach that everyone should feel good about their bodies no matter their age or ability always shines through.

Gabi's pilates classes are great for all fitness and strength levels (including during pregnancy). Her teaching style is informative and easy-to-follow, and all exercises can be made harder or easier depending on how you feel on the day. Historically I haven't been a huge fan of pilates, but these classes have changed my view. Would definitely recommend!
