About Gaby

I found Pilates in 2019 when I was looking for a unique workout that was totally different from fitness classes or gyms. Soon I began to feel and see changes in myself and I liked it so much that I decided to become an instructor. My education began in 2020 through Club Pilates Teacher Training, I completed Comprehensive Certification in Mat, Reformer, Trampoline, Trapeze table, Cadillac, Chair, Stair Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. I also hold a Certification in Upper Body Modifications and Anatomy from National Pilates. As an instructor, I love seeing happy faces because of how quickly Pilates changes the body and makes you feel so good and grateful in so many ways.
