Exactly what I needed. The instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable, I feel so much stronger and secure… Better than any physical therapy because it integrates all parts so they work together through the core! Amie and Gaida are fantastic, I’m sure the others are too. I just haven’t experienced them yet! Our bodies, our lives, are worth the investment!
