Geordan fell in love with Pilates in undergrad, as a workout that promotes mindfulness and body awareness. As someone with physical sensitivities that limit cardio workouts and a family history of Fibromyalgia, Pilates has become an increasingly important way for her to test and understand her strength while establishing lifelong habits. She wants to help pass that same feeling onto others, which led her to enroll in Club Pilates' 500-hour Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. Now, she enjoys discovering new ways to elevate movements and help others learn more about their own practice!
