I’ve been with reformed Pilates for years now. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on classes (normally packages) & I’ve never had any issues until recently. I arrived 5 minutes late to a class. Instead of turning me away, they let me in. When I got upstairs, the room was completely overbooked
