BEWARE!! This place is full of scammers!!! Had to edit this to add they are continuously changing me even after I cancelled within their 30 day period. I’m now moved away and had already had to pay for a month that I couldn’t use & now they charged me again. Apparently this is a VERY common issue. G

…ok further in advance as it can often be hard to get into level 1.5 flow classes and I’m preferring the challenge of a more difficult class. Cardio Sculpt with Grace has become my favorite class!
