Before Pilates I was not motivated to work out. My journey as a student and now, as an instructor, it has become an integral part of my life. It has improved my physical health and mental well-being. As a 500-hr Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and friend my hope is to help people understand that Pilates isn't just for flexibility or core strength, it can also improve overall body awareness which helps with better movement in daily life, making simple activities easier and safer. It truly is FUNCTIONAL FITNESS.
