About Hailey

I became a Pilates instructor to share my passion with others. I love teaching and motivating others in their Pilates practice to ensure they love it as much as I do. I wish people understood that while some moves are easier than others in Pilates, engaging the correct muscles and holding that engagement through the movement is what makes it challenging. I wish people understood that it's not always easy, and engaging properly intensifies the movements.
