Hi, I’m Haley! I’m a certified Club Pilates instructor in both Mat and Reformer, and I love bringing an upbeat, dynamic, and alignment-focused approach to every class I teach. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and connected in your body. Before Pilates, I spent over 12 years as a competitive dancer in all styles, and later taught dance at local studios around the Toledo and Dayton areas. When I stopped dancing in college, I missed the movement, the challenge, and the way it made me feel — that’s when I discovered Pilates. I was instantly hooked! It gave me flexibility, cardio, and body awareness I loved from dance, plus a whole new appreciation for balance and alignment. After learning from some amazing instructors, I knew I wanted to teach and bring my own energy to the practice. I’ve been teaching for over a year, and a half now and absolutely love working with all kinds of clients — including those recovering from injuries, pre/postnatal clients, athletes, and everyone in between. I offer both group classes and private sessions, and always aim to create a welcoming, encouraging space where you can move, grow, and have fun. Fun fact: I have a big soft spot for dogs! I volunteer and foster through Planned Pethood, and love connecting with fellow dog lovers.
