Just got out of another kick butt-get strong class with Itzel, laughing through the Good pain and bc I know I look awkward af doing these exercises as a middle-aged bendy person with intermittent vertigo and balance issues. Thanks to her and Laura and the other amazing instructors like Chess, Harris

…ght yoga and Pilates for 20 years in my younger days, and now I take classes purely for my own health. I especially love the reformer—it’s gentle yet powerful. Harrison is my favorite instructor. She’s straightforward, clear, and has a way of guiding the class that really resonates with me. I only wish she taught more often!

…eduling helps me out. But if you only have one time of week you can go i would recommend finding a different studio where you can be more consistent with time. Harrison is my favorite instructor! I highly recommend taking classes with her. But all instructors I've tried have been good- all just a bit different and based on your own tastes in workout styles.
