About Hayet

Hayet Moutfi is a native French dancer and Pilates instructor. She is certified in Mat through the Kane School and holds a Pilates Comprehensive Certification from Balanced Pilates. As a dancer, she has studied and performed in Nice, Toronto, and Los Angeles, and her teaching method draws from her experiences in the different parts of the world, incorporating elements from classical and contemporary Pilates. Hayet was drawn to Pilates because of its ability to reflect both her fun and free side, as well as the meticulous side of her personality. She looks forward to helping each client enhance their control and alignment, as well as find the freedom and joy in each pattern.
