About Heather
Along with being a yoga instructor and pilates instructor, I'm a wife and a mom. I love reading, cooking, traveling, and a good workout and spending time with family and friends! My ultimate goal is to help people feel healthy and good about themselves. Favorite quote: "Inhale the future, Exhale the past!" My motto: "Remember you are worth it."
