I have been doing Pirates for over a year and a half, but without the reformer. However, I started at Club Pilates and fell in love! They are professional, accessible, and check in on you. Today I did a class with Heather and I rate her a 10. She gives clear direction, positive affirmations, and ensures that everyone is using the correct technique! Thank you for an excellent workout!
