I came to a random afternoon class with zero experience. Jesse and Heather made me feel extremely comfortable with the machine and the movements. Jesse gave me a quick tour before we started, which helped me establish a base level of understanding. I primarily lift weights and do bodyweight exercises like burpees and wall sits, but this was still challenging (but not too challenging).
