I am not one to relish time at the gym, or look forward to workouts, and hurting my back gave me a convenient excuse to put it off. Luckily my friend referred me here, and I've been going almost a year now. I used a reformer in physical therapy and talked to my doctor who confirmed Pilates is an awesome way to get stronger and prevent injuries. I love Heather, she's a giant reason I love it here.
