About Helen
Can you become a Pilates instructor after heart failure and two total knee replacements?... the answer is YES! Helen joined Club Pilates in 2018 when the studio opened in Shreveport and quickly fell in love with Reformer Pilates. Often, she would tell her husband that she wanted to be a Pilates instructor when she retired from dental hygiene. In 2024, Helen decided to make her dream a reality.
