About Helena

Helena is a former attorney who earned her Pilates certification through Clearly Reformer Pilates in 2022 and has been teaching with Club Pilates since that same year. Originally from St. Louis, Helena now resides in the Clarendon Hills area. She was drawn to Club Pilates because of the wide variety of class offerings and the diverse equipment available in the studios, which allow her to create fun, dynamic, and engaging classes for her clients. When not in the studio teaching, Helena is a proud mom of three boys and enjoys staying active through Pilates, weightlifting, hiking, and playing pickleball. She also loves reading and traveling in her free time.
