I have osteoporosis and neck problems. When I finish an hour session with her, I feel like a new person. My health is worth the cost! I can save time with PT, Chiropractic, etc having her teach me how to get more space in my body!

…o the group classes. I always look forward to my group class as one of the best parts of my week and I'm so excited to continue at this studio. Both Amanda and Hope are so sweet and wonderful teachers. The location is also absolutely gorgeous with the old brick and huge windows.
