Instructor

Classes are always full, making it very difficult to book a spot. As a mom, I struggled to find class times that fit my schedule while my kids were at school. The required 3-month contract also made it hard to cancel. The quality of the class also varied greatly depending on the instructor. There was little to no posture correction or feedback, which was disappointing.

My free intro with Malu was great. Five stars for her but 4 stars because it’s almost been a week & I’ve already paid for 3 private classes, but so far no luck with an available instructor. 🙁

Did a free intro class today and LOVED it! I couldn’t recommend more, I’m 2 months postpartum from a c-section delivery and I really enjoyed this class and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Jordan was a great instructor, she made me feel very welcome and was so informative and helpful with modifications!

My doctor suggested Pilates for after surgery. Intro Class was great. Malu the instructor was very good and helped me make adjustments for my physical limitations and was very encouraging. I was very unsure about taking the class as a guy, but they made me very comfortable as the only guy there.
