Jamie is an amazing Pilates instructor!! She’s one of those who push you to your capabilities and corrects you in a good way if you’re doing it incorrectly. She is always smiling and makes it fun (as you’re dying 😂) I absolutely love her classes!

It was very warm and welcoming. My instructor Jamie was very friendly yet informative. She explained the movements as well as their target areas. I definitely enjoyed the class.
