I was honestly nervous because it was my first Pilates class ever, but everyone at Club Pilates Falls Church was super nice and welcoming 😊 The instructor made everything easy to follow. The studio is really clean and calming, and the class actually made me feel so good after. I’m a little sore now haha but in a good way. Definitely a great experience for beginners!

…class feels different, and the workouts are consistently challenging in the best way. Meredith, the manager, is incredible both at running the studio and as an instructor. She brings energy, deep knowledge, and a genuine passion for Pilates that shows in every class.
