Fortides Pilates is such a lovely addition to the neighbourhood. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the studio itself is beautiful, with just the right atmosphere, music and lighting. I attended the Foundations class with Irina, which was an e
