Jacie is an amazing teacher! I have learned so much from her classes. She truly cares about her students; making sure we are in proper form, and teaching us what the moves mean for our bodies. She is so encouraging as well. I love all of her classes!

Jacie was a fantastic instructor from start to finish. I’m new to Pilates and she made me feel very comfortable. Helped me with my form with clear instructions on how to adjust for more muscle activation. I highly recommend going to her classes!
