This was such a great experience. I had been having so much tightness and pain in my hip and knee. The stretching Jaelin did really helped return some of my mobility almost immediately. He explained everything well and was polite and professional. I left walking better than when I arrived and am experiencing no pain from tightness for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend!
