Jaena, a Pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Central Newport News, brings over a decade of experience in teaching and practicing Pilates, particularly focusing on the Reformer. Originally from California and having spent many years in Colorado, she emphasizes the vital mind-body connection in her classes, aiming to create a challenging yet enjoyable environment. Outside of teaching, Jaena enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and paddle boarding.
