I love the studio more than any other place I’ve ever sought out exercise. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are kind, patient, always positive and helpful; special shoutout to Jaime, Nora & Lisa! The studio is kept in very clean condition. It’s a Stott Pilates vibe and the instructors are always making sure you’re never doing anything to hurt or incorrectly overexert yours
