Our instructor Jalene was wonderful. She worked around all our surgery issues, among others. Definitely do a class with her. Thank you Jalene ❤️

It’s my first time trying Pilates and I love it. Instructor Jalene is very nice and professional. It is very easy to follow her instructions. The class is more about building cores and very helpful to relax after work. I’m excited to try more lessons.
