The team at Synergy Physio Pilates is great! Jalisa is a knowledgeable and supportive physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who explains things clearly and makes sessions fun and effective! Callee is an amazing massage therapist—professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
