Jamie French discovered Pilates in 2015, training privately with a classical instructor and developing a deep appreciation for its focus on strength, flexibility, and mental wellness. After a successful 25-year career in entertainment publicity, he embraced his passion for Pilates full-time and earned his comprehensive certification through Club Pilates in 2025. Jamie now teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in North Hollywood and also offers community classes in underserved areas across Los Angeles.
