Welcoming, small group Pilates studio. I was in Denver from out of town for work. Jamie was responsive via email and text and I was in her class same day. Definitely recommend. Walk in ready to work, sweat your way thru class (yes there are modifications) and walk out taller, stronger and leaner. Thank you Jamie! I will definitely come back.

I've been going to The Pilates Loft since Jamie Ward opened her doors and can say that I keep coming back week after week because she is a great Pilates instructor!
